BDS (Business Development Services) has gained a strong reputation in the automotive industry for effective retail management and support training for nearly 30 years in the UK and Middle East (ME).

Our flagship course for management, the Diploma in Applied Business, has been developed to include specialisms in the Commercial Vehicle segment, Aftersales and customer service focus in both CV and Passenger Car segments.

CLIENTS

BDS clients in recent years have included MAN Truck and Bus UK and ME, Mercedes Benz UK and Daimler ME (PC), DAF Trucks UK, Renault Truck UK, various multi-franchise dealer groups in the UK and JV importers’s in the ME. Non-retail clients have included public sector teams of Fire & Rescue, Police and Ground Support teams (Babcock Airports) who benefit from the commercial focus.
