Malcolm is an accountant and marketing professional having been Group After Sales Director for a car dealer group. As a consultant for over twenty years he has a wide experience to bring to bear in training.

Richard Wood MBA, PGCE, BSc (Hons), FCMI
Richard is an Educationalist who has developed management training courses for both Business Development Services and other training providers. His experience in managing, developing and delivering adult education and training enables him to ensure that good structure and training practice is maintained throughout our courses.

Kevan Williams MBA
Kevan has a track record of delivering year on year business improvements in the automotive industry through change management and TQM procedures. A consultant and trainer delivering Strategy and Economics seminars, Kevan lectures at Manchester Metropolitan University on competitive intelligence. His primary role in business is the research and presentation of competitive intelligence to organisations.

Paul Morris FIMI
Paul trained as a Chartered Accountant before joining professional motor sport, later moving into mainstream as Financial Controller and Assistant General Manager at a Leyland plant. Paul later moved into marketing and gained significant international experience including director of one of Germany’s major marketing agencies and MD of a subsidiary of a major US corporation. Paul shares his time between consulting and training.

Mike Mudie
From his first job as a concrete mixer driver, Mike’s rise to founder of Mudie-Bond Ltd, growing from a single site, 20 employee business to four sites with 120 employees and turnover in excess of £50m is a true success story. Having been elected as Chairman of the Mercedes-Benz Commercial Vehicle Dealer Council and also having served as Chairman of the Retail Motor Industry Federation Truck Council, Mike’s knowledge of the sales and aftersales businesses is unrivalled.

Bill Lockerbie
Having spent ten years as Head of European Logistics for Daimler AG, Bill is a result-driven General Manager experienced in parts logistics and supply chain management within the automotive sector. Accomplished in developing and maintaining employee engagement through coaching and directing people to achieve strategic goals and objectives, Bill’s experience is unsurpassed in enabling your staff to drive customer satisfaction.

Anne-Marie Taylor MSc
With a background in Occupational Psychology and formerly Head of Global Diversity and Inclusion at Rolls-Royce plc, Anne-Marie has defined and delivered capability strategies, global talent strategies, coaching and executive assessment, reporting at CEO/Executive Board level to many blue chip clients, including major automotive brands.
